Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a photography or videography session, purchasing photographs or videos, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

* A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 80% of the total amount as a non-refundable advance payment or upon receipt of full payment.

* The remaining 20% shall be paid as follows:

* 10% on or before the date of the photography/videography session.

* The final 10% immediately upon completion of the assignment and before the delivery of the final edited photographs and/or videos.

* Prices are subject to change if additional services are requested after the booking has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

* Clients may request to reschedule a session, subject to the photographer’s availability.

* The advance payment (deposit) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

* If Global Photography is unable to provide the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered an alternative session date.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

* All photographs, videos, RAW files, edited files, and other creative content shall remain the sole intellectual property of, and shall be protected by the copyright of, Global Photography.

* Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the delivered photographs and videos for personal purposes only.

* Any commercial use, publication, advertising, resale, distribution, licensing, or monetization of the photographs or videos requires the prior written permission of Global Photography.

* Photographs or videos must not be edited, altered, copied, sold, redistributed, or otherwise modified without the prior written consent of Global Photography.

* Global Photography reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for its portfolio, website, social media platforms, exhibitions, competitions, advertising, and other promotional or marketing purposes.

5. Image/Video Delivery

* Global Photography will make every reasonable effort to deliver the edited photographs and/or videos within the agreed timeframe.

* Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size, complexity, and nature of the project.

* RAW files will not be provided unless specifically stated in the Agreement or approved in writing by Global Photography.

6. Client Responsibilities

* Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, permits, entry passes, and approvals, and for making all applicable payments required for photography or videography at the selected location.

* Clients must ensure that all participants arrive on time and cooperate during the session.

* Delays caused by the Client may reduce the available shooting time. No additional time shall be provided unless additional charges are agreed upon in advance.

7. Travel and Additional Expenses

* Photography or videography assignments outside the agreed service area (beyond a 10 km radius of GTB Nagar, Delhi) shall incur additional travel charges.

* Accommodation, permits, parking charges, tolls, entry fees, and any other project-related expenses shall be borne solely by the Client.

9. Privacy Policy

* Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing photography and videography services.

* Client information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or where reasonably necessary for the provision of the services.

* Digital files will be stored securely; however, long-term storage is not guaranteed beyond five (5) days after the final delivery of the completed project. Clients are advised to download and back up all delivered files immediately upon receipt.

10. Limitation of Liability

* Global Photography will make every reasonable effort to produce high-quality photographs and videos.

* Global Photography shall not be liable for any delay, failure, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, accidents, travel disruptions, illness, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Force Majeure

Global Photography shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, war, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, or any other force majeure event.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.

13. Amendments

Global Photography reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14. Important Note

By signing the offline Agreement or submitting the online Agreement Form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Policies, Terms & Conditions of Global Photography, as published on the official website www.globalphotography.in, and agree to be bound by them. The said Policies, Terms & Conditions shall form an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement and shall be deemed to have been incorporated herein by reference.
